ANNUAL GATHERING

Each year, the ALN community convenes at our Annual Gathering which attracts hundreds of leaders from 30-40 countries – a large majority of whom are CEOs, Managing Directors, entrepreneurs, leaders from government, NGOs, the arts and civil society – who believe that integrous, decisive leadership is the most powerful lever for transforming Africa.

Through our Annual Gathering, we create a space to engage in rich dialogue and action towards our mission of developing 3 million transformational leaders for Africa by 2060. Our attendees have opportunities to deeply reflect on the role that they can play as agents of change and progress in their respective sectors. We prefer to think of our annual gathering as a leadership retreat that renews and inspires our community of some of the most influential leaders on the continent.
